Troubleshooting

Tips

  • To hear audio on your livestream webpage, open a new browser window with the stream link.

  • For app audio testing, log into a different account, share the test mode stream link, and view it there.

  • Update Google Chrome, clear cache before each live session, and ensure the audio/video source dialogue appears when clicking "Start Streaming."

  • If the dialogue doesn't appear, click "Enable Test Mode," refresh the page, click "Disable Test Mode," and refresh "My Livestreams."

  • Starting/ending a stream in test mode may remove it from your hub, but you can restart it from "Seller Hub" under the right conditions.

  • Note that OBS is third-party, and support is limited to Whatnot software.

  • Check the status if there is a site-wide outage here
