Cross-border sales

Whatnot Japan sellers sell to buyers overseas. Knowing where you ship and how customs work makes everything else easier.

Whatnot Japan sellers can ship to buyers in these countries:
- United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia
Please note:
- PO Boxes are not supported.
- Auspost lockers are not supported.
- Orders ship with FedEx DDP. The buyer pays shipping and customs at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Ship every order in a box. Envelopes are not supported at this time.
- Trading cards (TCG): Japan only
- Sports: US only
- Bags: Italy or France onlyscription

Check the category rules and licensing requirements before your first show.

- Bags: Only handbags at this time
- By going live, you confirm you hold a valid license if Japanese law requires one for your sales. If you need one and don't have it yet, wait to go live until you do.

New sellers get fee relief and rebates in the first weeks. Here is how each one works and how to qualify.

- 14-day window. Goal = 5 unique buyers + 2 hours of stream time.
